Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Judeju Auto Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All services are provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety standards cannot be met or if vehicle condition poses risk to personnel.

2. Liability & Disclaimer

Judeju is not liable for damage arising from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations. We perform diagnostics and repairs to industry standards but do not warrant permanent results. Customers assume all risk post-service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless a payment plan is arranged. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. A 50% deposit may be required for major repairs. Non-payment may result in service hold or legal action.

4. Warranty

Parts and labour carry a 30-day warranty from service date for manufacturing defects only. Warranty excludes wear-and-tear, accidents, or improper use. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days with proof of service.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before appointment incur no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to 50% fee. No-shows forfeit deposits entirely.

6. Data & Privacy

Your personal and vehicle data is collected for service and contact purposes only. We comply with Malaysian data protection laws and GDPR requirements. Data is not shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Modification of Terms

Judeju reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
